Cherie is a licensed architect and interior designer. She is a member with the Ontario Association of Architects and Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
Cherie has lived and worked in Hong Kong, United States and Canada. She has worked in award-winning design architectural firms as the Project Architect / Manager for complex public and private projects. She holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science degree from Ryerson University (Canada) and a Master of Architecture degree with High Distinction from Lawrence Technological University (United States).
Cherie’s academic thesis research project, A Study in Sustainable Architectural Design of Temporary Housing for Chinese Construction Workers, was shortlisted for the Architecture Research Centers Consortium ARCC Best Research Thesis Prize at Lawrence Technological University. In 2001, Cherie was honored by the National Architectural Accrediting Board to be on the Yale University accreditation team.

Margaret works closely with Cherie on various projects. Her specializes include sustainable design and construction. Margaret oversaw numerous new construction projects targeting LEED certification by assessing problem areas and coordinating solutions in order to ensure project documentation fulfilled the requirements of LEED. Prior to joining CNA, Margaret has worked at EllisDon Construction Company. She holds a Certificate of Sustainable Design and Construction from Fleming College as well as a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
